Spiritual Grief Guide
After the loss of my beautiful daughter, Kate, my life changed forever. I found myself searching for a deeper understanding of what happens after we die and, most of all, looking for ways to stay connected to her.
Through that search, I discovered a spiritual connection with Kate that continues to bring me comfort and peace. I feel her presence in my life, and I believe she has gently guided me to where I am today.
As a spiritual grief guide, I want to share what I’ve learned with others who are living with profound loss. I know how deeply loss can change your life, and I also know that love doesn’t end when someone dies.
Through grief support circles, my hope is to create a warm, safe space where people can share openly, feel understood, connect with others who truly get it, and begin to find moments of peace and even joy while carrying the person they love with them.
I don’t believe we ever “get over” losing someone we love. We simply learn to carry that love in a different way. Sometimes, with a little support and connection, we can begin to see that there is still beauty, purpose, and light ahead. 💜

Kate’s Story
Kate was a beautiful soul who left this world far too soon. On April 9, 2016, at just 15 years old, Kate passed away in a car accident. She was an amazing daughter, sister, and friend to so many people whose lives were brighter because she was in them. Kate was beautiful, smart, funny and athletic, but above all she was kind.
She had a way of making people feel loved and included, and she carried an incredible energy wherever she went. Her laughter, her love, and her beautiful spirit made her unforgettable to everyone who knew her.
In her eighth grade yearbook, Kate chose the words,” don’t count the days, make the days count.” At the time, it was simply a quote she chose to live by. After her passing, those words took on a profound meaning and became a lasting message for all of us who love her.
Kate‘s life continues to inspire me every day. Her spirit reminds me that life is precious, that love never ends, and that even through profound loss, there can still be many moments of connection, meaning and joy. The work I am now called to do is deeply connected to the love I have for Kate and to the many ways she continues to touch my life.
