The Art of Stillness
A Seek Stillness Gathering
The Art of Stillness is a gentle gathering created to give you time to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply be.
Each gathering centers around a meaningful theme, while giving you space to choose an intention that is personal to you.
Together, we'll move through guided relaxation, quiet reflection, Reiki energy, and simple creative expression. You will then create a small wet-on-wet watercolor intention card, no artistic experience needed-and write your personal intention on the back to take home as a reminder of what you want to carry forward.
There is nothing you need to achieve, fix, or figure out. Just come as you are, and simply be.

In this class, kids will create their own one-of-a-kind self-portrait while exploring the colors, interests, and little details that make them special. Using mirrors for inspiration, they'll create a playful portrait and add words, colors, and images that represent who they are and what they love.
There's no right or wrong way to create-just imagination, self-expression, and fun!
